Dimmer 2 lag - delay after pressing switch

Question

Posted

Hi,

I have a home center 3 and some dimmer2.

The dimmer2 is wired to a 2 gang wall light switch.

The 1st switch is wired to input s1 and the 2nd switch is wired to input s2

The 1st switch, switches on the main room lights and works perfectly - no delay.

The 2nd switch is set to trigger some fibaro plugs - toggle on & off.

The 2nd switch has a consistent 3 second delay.

When I trigger the same plugs using a fibaro keyfob they respond instantly.

The switch is a standard toggle type, so parameter 20 is set to '1'

Is there something in the parameters that I can change to fix this delay /lag ?

Would changing to momentary switch help?

Thanks in advance for any advice. I'm new to fibaro and did search the forum for this problem but didn't see an answer, apologies I've missed it.

Thanks

Rut

I experience the exact same thing. It is a new out of the box Dimmer 2 switch, and it is the very first switch I just included in my HC3 as I was starting a new set-up.

Response via web-interface is fast, response via switches is slow.

Thanks anybody for any thoughts.
