HC3 not visible in find.fibaro.com

Hello,

 

When I bought HC3 I connected successfully to my old flat's Wi-Fi router trough the Ethernet and I can find the HC3 in find.fibaro.com. 

 

But now I moved to my new house and I want to connect it to new router trough the Ethernet cable in the same way as before. I am doing everything by steps which is shown in Start guide. 

 

But I have an issue that  HC3 can't be found on Find.fibaro.com.

 

Does somebody had same issue? Any suggestions? 

 

Please help. ;)

Sometines I have same problem due to multiple virtual network interfaces being turned on oř connected via VPN. I am using network IP scanner more. In my case it is Advanced IP scanner.
