Question

Posted

Hello,

when I open the fibaro app on my iPhone (connected to a HC2) I can choose from various categories like Lighting and Climate.

When I open Lighting and next open a room like "office" I see 2 LED dimmers (12v dimmers) but I don't see my 230V dimmers

All dimmers are Fibaro products like the FG-D 211 and 212 for 230V and the FG_RGBWM for 12V.
Normally this is not a big deal as long as you stay within the Fibaro domain.

But i now becomes a problem while I connect the HC2 to a Home Assistant installation.

Home Assistant sees the 12V dimmers as dimmers but the 230V dimmers only as switches.

If I look in the Fibaor divice configuration I see that all devices are fully configured and that they belong to the device kind "dimmer".

is this a Fibaro issue or a Home Assistant issue?
thanks for any helpfull answer.
