401 error on iPhone Yubii app?

Getting error 401 on my Yubii iPhone app, when I try to go into thermostats or other QA displaying more info. 
 

Is there a solution to this or is this just me?

 

Using HC3 

The error ask me to try 1) Refresh, 2)Restart service 3) Restart home center, but none of these things helps.

yes, seems to be an error especially when you have HC3 running zw3 engine (is that the case for you?).

 

Try to click "x" to close the 401 page, that seems to work in most cases for me
