Climate panel not working with HeatIt Z-trm3

Installed several HeatIt z-trm3 and can not controll them with the Timeschedule in Climate panel.
Tryed "everything" and guess there is a problem with this beta version and security setup?

 

It is only manual setup that is shown on the installed thermostats.

 

Any solution to this?

are you using the new or old zwave engine? If you don't know the version, check the settings -> zwave, if you see "Smart Start" it is he new beta vesion, if you don't se anything with Smart Start then you are on old production engine.

Using the old (but production) engine and Securiy make acutally no sense, S0 is slow and behave strange. In this case exclude one, include without security and check how this one works.

 

If you have the new engine (but beta) Fibar will probably say "yeah it's beta, might now work"  

 

What TRM3 Firmware Version is installed on them?

Installed the HC3 system in december, and with the new z-wave engine I guess.
Have Smart Start installed I see.

 

The TRM3 firmware is 4.2

Tryed to reinclude one of them, but only had the option to uncheck S2 security, and S0 was default.
Removing S2 did not help Climate panel.

So I guess I am stuck with no Climate panel controll for a while...?

Is thermostats working ok without the climate panel? (direct commands)

This should work normally with both engines.
Contacting support and arranging remote access will not hurt and it is possible that this can be resolved easly.

@m.roszak Yes, I can give direct commands to the thermostats with changing temp and turn on/off.
I just get the manuell "hand" that refresh itself every second hour, and it will not take settings from the climate panel.
Installed with only S0 and both S0 and S2, but makes no difference.

 

If there is some way to get help, without doing a factory reset I would be happy.
I`ll send a request to support.

I have the same problem as you. I am om 5.100.22

We are working on it, there is an issue with climate settings on Z-Wave 3.0 Beta.

The only way to get it to adjust to the settings in climate panel is to hit "Return" on the thermostat, but it will not auto adjust.

Has this problem been solved in any of the latest releases?

Still see problems controlling temp from climate panel in HC3.
