You should have battery level at >60%. I had this issue. After charging went update went smooth

  • From 4.5 -> 4.9 update OK even battery same as other

     

    From 4.7 -> 4.9 not work, later will charge and lets see

    I dunno I think you have to remove and add again without S2 security, but I'm not sure. Maybe sombody else can confirm.

    That's the reason I don't use S2 security, because I see some people struggling with S2 security and updates.

    I've been able to update 2 devices so far 4.7 -> 4.9.  However, I had to move the controller quite close to each valve (within a couple of meters), otherwise I was getting failures.  Also,  I noticed devices updated, and those failed, default to 20C.

     

    Edit:  All  devices now updated.
