Lua scene not triggering.

Hey everyone, I'm essentially trying to run several scenes as one bigger scene. The issue I'm having is with the --backyard PIR scene as its the only one I can test remotely. I will trigger a state change on device 212 through the settings/devices menu on the HC3 but nothing happens, is there anything obvious as to why it wont work? Could it be that the system requires a physically triggered state change rather than a software one?

When I trigger a state change remotely and then manually run the scene, the lights will turn on.

Any help and criticism is greatly appreciated.
