Don't show nice gate opener status (opened, closed, opening, closing)

Hi have 3 different nice door opener

1) Garage door opener 

2) Swing gate opener 

3) sliding gates opener 

 

I have a Nice BiDi-ZWave on all of them.

Before  i was able to see the status of all those gates using the application (opened, closed, opening, closing).

Now i can only change the status (open or close) without really know what is happening.

The interface only show the gates closed.

If i remote access using a browser no problem.

I added those gates to the favourites on the application.

There the status don't change  as reported.

But if on the application i go to home/all house. there the status of the gates are ok.

So the problem is only on the favourites (first tab on the application)

Everyone can be added to the beta program - just write to Support and provide below information:

- Apple ID email,

- name and surname.
