Question

I start today a project to integrate a DMX Lighting System in a Theater.

Does someone know where I can find information about it. I think I can do it by myself, but i will take a lot of work.

Are you installing a HC in a theatre??Fibaro doesn't support DMX protocol or RS232.

@Arthur 360, If I were you, I would go with Modbus TCP to DMX. Some time back I wrote one way control for Modbus TCP to DMX from czech (our local) Papouch.

Color of each device is in its own holding register, so it was kind of easy to implement. You can use it as a base for your sollution.

I would not go with serial line. You would need additional HW. Basically Fibaro talks with either Z-Wave, NICE/Elero devices, Zigbee (soon) and everything integrated via its protocol on IP network.
