Fibaro servers overloaded!

Hi, I'm doing a network analysis with wireshark for traffic outgoing to fibaro servers, and notice very frequent outgoing retransmissions. In other words, i'm noticing frequent packet loss from my Homecenter HC2 to fibaro servers. This can have a few causes ... 1. cpu congestion on the fibaro servers 2. network congestion on the fibaro servers 3. packet loss on the route to fibaro servers I wouldn't be worried about it if it weren't so frequent. Are the fibaro servers experiencing capacity issues??? Maybe your hosting provider is having issues??
