Extracting values from string

jwi

Question

Hi @all,

I have these values from my PV system. How can I save individual values in a QA, e.g. to save the generated electricity yield or other values?

I only need the values from powergenerated to acculevel. Maybe someone can give me some advice.

Many Thanks .

Convert the string to jSon table

k=json.decode('{"wartungsplan":{"possibleMaintenanceTypes":[],"maintenanceDueSoon":false,"maintenanceOverdue":false,"minorMaintenancePossible":false,"applicable":false},"suppressedNotificationIds":[],"wartungNotwendig":false,"steuereinheitState":"LADESCHLUSSPHASE","state":54,"powergenerated":{"today":17.9515380859375,"now":2.850586},"consumption":{"today":7.1787109375,"now":0.549316},"gridexport":{"today":8.670867919921875,"now":2.072754},"gridimport":{"today":3.53643798828125,"now":0.000000},"accuexport":{"today":5.6707763671875,"now":0.227783},"accuimport":{"today":0.029815673828125,"now":0.000000},"acculevel":{"today":18.05571937561035,"now":100.0},"machine":"MCU","lastupdated":1644070080}')

or if this string is ls already is a variable then

k=json.decode(thisVariable)

Now  you should should have

print(k.powergenerated.today)

should be

17.951538085938
