Heat controller does not to update from 4.7 to 4.9

I have succesfully updated all my heat controllers from 4.7 to 4.9 accept for 1. what do i need to do to get the last one updated as it always shows failed?

What I experienced with an update is that my probe had an empty battery.
After replacing the battery of my probe and a soft config. of the TVR I could update.

What you could try.

Fully charge the TVR.

Do a soft config. and make sure, IF you have a probe the Probe's battery is at least above 80%.

The inclusion should by without S2 security, otherwise exclude and include again without security.

restart the HC.

Do a mesh reconfig of the device. ( is the device far from the HC bring it closer and do another mesh reconfig)

try update.
