Unable to add parameter

Hi, I am trying to add manually parameters for a device (Qubino Flush), but my home center 3 light wouldn't provide me with that option.

Not having a template, where can I add manually parameters ?

So seemingly the V3 engine does not allow anymore to create individual parameters and a template had to be created.

I have the same problem with my HC3. I have two Qubino devices. A flush shutter DC and a Flush 1 Relay. Both of them don't work right and there is no option to change or add the parameters since some firmware updates of the HC3.
