i have downloaded fibaro for ipad on my ipad air with IOS 12.5.5 but it makes me some trubles.

sometimes it exit by it self when i give it a simple command like turning on a light.

 

someone else have this problem?

 

and how to fix it?

 

Could be my ipad that is too old?
