Changing frequency on firmware level is not a solution.
There is a different chip there with different filters specific for given frequency.

Changing only the firmware will result in massive range loss.

You should replace the unit for one suited for your market.

Return it to where you bought it from, failing that put it on eBay.

is it possible to work with two different hubs and two different radio frequncy ?

because my country working with 914 Mhz but the most common products is like 800 Mhz so is it posiible to setup some local products with one hub and all other products with another hub ? but control it  with the same app ..

The reason there are different zwave frequencies in different parts of the world is that the frequency spectrum was already allocated for other purposes.  So if you use a zwave frequency not designated for your country you run the risk of interference, which could stop your setup working, or worse, interfere with other people's use of the spectrum.  In my country it is illegal to use frequencies for other than their allocated purpose.

Nadi, I bought accidentally HC2 Lite that the frequency is 909 Mhz but my country is 868.4 and 869.85 Mhz and all my switches are 868.4 Mhz. So my HC2 Lite is not match or not suitable here in my Country
