Climate zone set to maual, but device not changing setpoint

Recommended Posts

Hi guys

Another inexplicabl behaviour.

Please checkt the attached pictures.

I have one thermostat in Bathroom, and it is included into Bathrom 1 zone climate plan.

However it is not following the plan. So i tried to set it into manual mode, to see if its reacting to any changes.

No. Its not.

The device, is not changing its setpoint when the plan changes,

Anyone any advice?

I have a HC3 that I have used successfully to get a Thermometer operating a Heating system as follows.

1. I set up a Thermostat in Settings>Devices> Other>Thermometer. This connected the thermometer (Fibaro Multi-sensor) to the heating device ( Fibaro single switch).

2. I then set up a heating schedule in Settings as you have done.

3. I then set up a Scene to connect the thermostat with the schedule via: Device...set the thermostat to heat and... the Climate Panel to set the Schedule to Heat.

The thermometer reports a change condition every 0.1 degree C.( can be changed in device parameters).

I can monitor the actions of the system in History Panel.

It works fine so long as there is a single thermometer and a single heating switch.

If this is helpful I can post some images of the set up if required.

On a similar arrangement I have problems getting a thermometer connected to a heating device and a cooling device to work rationally ....but that's another matter which I will post separately.
