Manual overrule this scene

Question

Posted

In this scene, Fibaro device 26 triggers by sunlight (LUX 3000) the curtains to 50% close.

When i adjust it manual, it goes right back to the 50%

How do i overrule this scene?

I think, as long as you will not use any flag, or mark it will always jump back every time the LUX limit is reached.

I would use a flag. Set it as default for FALSE. When the LUX limit triggers your scene first time, set the flag to true.

In the scene put the flag into condition

This means, that the scene will be run only once a day, regardless of any manual interaction..however later your curtains remian in the positiion that you manually set..

Dont forget to reset the flag variable back to false upon some time  (or other) condition..i dont know, maybe set it back to false when LUX is 0 so the scene can be retriggered next day. It has some logic i think. When the sun is down, just set the flag back to false, so next time when the lux raises to 3000 it can trigger your scene (once).

Seems to work, exept to reset the flag from true to false.

then create a separate block scene and set the "flag" global variable back to "false" at some certain time, or if lux drops below 3000, or upon whatever condition you like. I would go for a certain time. ex. Set "flag" variable to false at 05:00 AM.
