Yubii app: Authorization Error - User authorization issues

Hi,

I am keep getting the autorisation error below.

It's in Dutch, it says: Authorization Error - User authorization issues 

 

I have not used this app before so most likely I am doing something wrong.

I logged in with my Fibaro ID and see "mijn huis", (my house) which is indeed the name I created in my home center 2.

So it does see my settings, but I'm not able to open it as I get that error after pressing "mijn huis".

Somebody knows what I am doing wrong?

Hi, I am not sure but for HC2 you should use Fibaro app and not Yubii

U mnie HC2 pracuje zarówno z aplikacją Fibaro jak i Yubii i tak było od początku jak się pojawiło Yubi więc przyczyna jest inna

    Thanks for the help guys, I just downloaded the "old" Fibaro app (didn't know there were 2 versions) and it works!
    Looks like the Yubii app is indeed only for the HC3.

    The Yubii app is for both HC3 and HC2, so there was something else going on

    Oh, that's strange then. The old Fibaro app work right away after entering my login.
    On the Yubii it doesn't. I re-installed the Yubii app and tried again, still does not work. ?

    If I properly remeber the Yubii app did't work for my HC2 perhaps the first version.

    Clear is/was some functions did't work and thats why my daughter HC2 is on old app.

    I am getting older so my memory can become vage.

    Do you open as admin the Yubii app or as user?

    If user set permission in HC3 under users put vink in some devices and scenes

    I just use my Fibaro ID to log in, there is no option to choose between admin or user. I only have one ID.

     

    I just logged out and logged in again, which I had done a few times . I have no clue what changed but for some reason it now WORKS! ?

    For some reason it did not work when I removed and reinstalled the app yesterday but now with a simple logout and login it does...

    This is not a very stable login process I believe. ?

     

    But I'm happy it works now, in both apps!
