I appreciate if anyone can help me...

I recently purchased an "Aeotec Multisensor 7" with the intention of using it as a trigger for lights.

My experience with CR123A batteries is very bad, so I chose to use the USB cable with a 5V power adapter.
All properties are being reported to me without any problem, however the motion sensor, if it is inactive for some time, does not activate and therefore does not trigger the scenery.

I've tested several setups but I can't get the motion detector to always be active.
Does anyone know how to make it always active through settings? or is there a way through a scenery to make it active?

HC2 Software Version 4.620

Thanks in advance

Try to set sensor sensitivity. Maybe its too low.

It is in parameter 4. Choose from 0-5 range, where 5 is the most sensitive, and 0 is disabled.
