Shutter scenes depending of the Lux

So I've installed shutters and created scenes based on sunrise and sunset.

What I notice is that sometimes it requires to close ealier because of cloudy dark weather.

I have a weather station which is linked to Wunderground and a VD which displays all the required information.

So I am wondering how to fetch this data info into a lua scene to close the the shutters as soon it is near sunset and the lux is below a specific value.

Anyone implemented such a code or an idea how to solve this?
