HCL has no internet connection

Hi,

 

I recently bought a used HCL and cannot access it as I don't know the username/password. The internet light does not come on either and cannot be found by Fibaro Finder. I can access the unit in recovery mode directly over ethernet with IP 192.168.81.1 but the unit is offline so I cannot perform a full recovery as it need to be online. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

If you intend to connect your HCL to Fibaro Remote Access, you must first create a Fibaro account.
But you can't do that until the previous owner has deleted the old account.
You can also ask Fibaro support for help in recreating an account for your HCL.
