Ok, you have not working 5.102 right?

Just hit "repair" in recovery and when gateway will boot up with previous version and then you can perform the update :)

Thanks to tour answer, yes version 5.102 not working.

 

I tried this procedure :

 (Stop HC3 and restart with + button)

But in 3) => + indicator turn orange (blink) not red and I can't access to the Configuration Interface.

 

Do you know what I need to do ?

I disconnect and reconnect HC3 and it's OK... I can update my HC3.

    I tried to update to 5.110.15 and that went well without any issues. I think the fix did the trick.
