Ok, you have not working 5.102 right?

Just hit "repair" in recovery and when gateway will boot up with previous version and then you can perform the update

Thanks to tour answer, yes version 5.102 not working.

 

I tried this procedure :

 (Stop HC3 and restart with + button)

But in 3) => + indicator turn orange (blink) not red and I can't access to the Configuration Interface.

 

Do you know what I need to do ? 

 

Edit : 

I disconnect and reconnect HC3 and it's OK... I can update my HC3.

I tried to update to 5.110.15 and that went well without any issues. I think the fix did the trick.
