Alarm setup

I'm still looking for a working alarm setup.

 

I tried to arm and disarm by geofencing. First by blockscene, that doesn't work at all, when converted to lua it works 2 or 3 times, than it stops working also. (unreliable)

 

I tried to use the original alarm panel, but I can't disarm the alarm by app when the state is still in exit delay. For example: you leave the house, arm alarm but forget something, so you want to disarm the alarm when its still in exit delay, but you have to wait until it's fully armed.

Why not 2 buttons as on the web interface, arm whole house and disarm whole house instead of the not working slide button.

When entering the house, you can't see the entry delay and no alarm panel popup when in entry delay.

 

I tried to use is by scenes. Make two scenes, 1 for arm alarm en 1 for disarm alarm. I secured the scene disarm alarm with a pin code, but the popup for entering the pin code takes to long (up to 20 seconds)

 

Also tried to use it with profiles, but you can't secure it with a code.

 

So I need some inspiration and tips to make a nice setup.

Hi Joe,

I use Eventrunner4 in combination with alarmpannel.

Disrm with geofench is not my problem.

I also forget sometimes something, exit delay 45 sec.

Basically my arm/disarm is engaged by a relay
