Will Fibaro products bought in UAE work in India?

All,

I have purchased Fibaro products in UAE but now I am moving to India and would love to take them with me. However, I am worried that it may not work. On looking/researching online I came across that there might be a frequency mismatch. From the product page of amazon where I purchased it for Fibaro Double switch, it mentions "8684 MHz radio frequency for use in 47 member countries of CEPT (including whole of EU), plus China, Singapore, South Africa & UAE". I believe in India the relay operates at a frequency of 865.2 MHz that is authorized Indian Freq per the law. Can someone kindly help and confirm if all fibaro products won't work or some might work like the hub, swipe etc and relays won't.

The list of items I have (whatever will work, I will take it to India): Hoping atleast the swipe and maybe the hub will work. Thanks!

  • Fibaro Home Center 3
  • Fibaro 2 Channel Relay
  • Fibaro Swipe
  • Fibaro Dimmer
  • Fibaro Fibaro RGB Controller
  • Fibaro 4-in-1 Sensor (Motion+Vibration+Lux+Temperature)

Will your system work if you move countries? Probably, however you should use the frequencies nominated for your country. Otherwise, you may cause interferance for other devices (either your own or your neighbours), or those other devices may interupt the operation of your zwave network.  Aside from this, it may also be illegal.

Generally, compatibility depends on factors like voltage and frequency standards, which differ between regions. It’s essential to check the specifications of each product to ensure they align with Indian electrical standards. Additionally, if you're considering integrating these devices with a solar inverter, you should
