trouble connecting and Time options end at the end of 2021

Ive been having a nightmare getting my daughters ipad to connect through any option of software be it the old fibaro app of the new app. It refuses my fibaro ID credentials, despite the fact that the same credentials work fine on the fibaro ID site.

 

looking into this I discovered that my HC2 at home isn't connecting remotely. It will connect locally on the home network, but not when I am coming in from outside the network.

 

In the fibaro ID webpage, it flickers between red and black in my devices showing it available and then unavailable.

 

I have given it a fixed IP, and it has always worked (6 years in) remotely. nothing has changed in my setup but it seems highly feesible its a fibaro issue.

 

In addition, my time was set to 2011 and when I try to set it to today, it wont go beyond 2021. Setting it to download time from the internet doesn't work.

 

Can anyone help.

 

Software is 4.620.
