HC3 lost connection to the Fibaro cloud

Today, my master HC3 lost connection to the Fibaro cloud for no apparent reason. The slave HC3L remained connected.

The LAN connection of the HC3 was still working, so I could still use the web interface to control it.

 

But when I tried to reboot from the web interface, the screen said it was rebooting, but nothing happened, the HC3 did not restart.

So eventually I had to restart using the power button on the HC3. After that restart, everything seemed to work normally again.

There was no message in the notification panel.

It's the first time this happens. I have had several "recovered from an unexpected error" issues over the past months, but this problem is new.

Today I also got lost connection to Fibaro cloud for no reason.

Also got, the system recovered from an unexpected error (Please contact support if the problem persist), several times and Error while booting system.

Have open a ticket with Fibaro support.

Answer from the support

 

"We're aware of this issue and we've already forwarded it to our engineers, who are currently working on resolving it as soon as possible. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience it caused but I have to ask you for a little more patience. The bug will be solved in version 5.120. "

Same here, hope they will release 5.120 soon. Anoying when it just suddenly crashing with no warning.
