HELTUN switch stops fireing keypress event - urgent help needed

Question

Hello guys

We are facing a big issue with HELTUN touch panels. We are loosing the keypress event of the panel.
We couldn't figure out what can cause this behaviour, but we noticed, that it is somehow related to situations, when all the switch buttons are switched more ore less at the same time. We need to re-include the device again in Fibaro.

It happened in a situation when forexample we told Google to turn off all the lights, then it cuased in FIbaro to switch off all the 5 swithces. After that Heltun never triggers keypress.

The other situation, when HC3 freezes, so we need to restart, than Heltun again, stops sending KEYPRESS event. We tested it with normal bockl scenes too, and its the same. (so we know, that it is not a fault of QA code, it doestn work at all)

This is the code what we use for keypress listening.

Please login or register to see this code.

We need an urgent help, as we have a customer that is about to order mor than 40 of these switches.

Thanks a lot for any help
