4.630 update make my house unusable

Hello,

 

I update HC2 from 4.620 to 4.630 and I lost all devices and scenes and throw me to the ice age. I have backup but no restore button. Also, "add device", "add scene", "add room", etc. button disappear and HC2 is unusable.

How can I downgrade to 4.620? Any help will be  grateful.

Please contact support ASAP, you did not loose any device - just webUI is not loading fully.
We will be able to help you remotely.

    12 hours? That is night in Poland. They start 10 am EU time.

     

    If you have case number call in that issue is urgent.

    Was about rights problem. I log in with admin:admin and I restore the backup. All is fine now.
