I struggle with the same issue. I need to turn the system on and off several times after a powerdip before it will start-up. That's a real issue when I'm not home ;-). Are there any options, other than buy a new HC3?

Same issues here. When booting all leds turnes on then after a while only 2 are blue. This morning i had to do 10 reboots before it finally worked.

Changed cmos and it didnt help. Problem occured after the latest update.

as already mentioned this is the failure of the CMOS backup battery onboard. It is easily changeable but it does mean taking the unit apart.

Also Changed battery with no result. HC2 loading only after 5-10 manual reboots. 3 light on (power, network, internet).Sad.

Update: It seems that power adapter 12V5A solved my problem. 3 without stucks and rebooting.
