Update 4.630 - Scenes are not accessibel anymore and can't be started or stopped

I did the Fibaro update to 4.630 on my two HC2's on 5 May.
Since then I'm not able to change/ turn on/ turn off all of my scene's!

I don't see any update to resolve this, but it is a serious problem.
Next week I will be abroud and normally I set my Home/Abroad scene but at this moment I can't start/stop/change any scene.

Does Fibaro have a update or a clue how to resolve this?

You could restore to the previous version?

I have seen this before and experienced this this myself. but certainly long time ago...  Maybe this has changed now, but certainly long time ago an alarm or breached sensors could have this effect:

IIRC I did not use the alarem panel, so I must have accidentally alarmed a sensor which then causes "403" aka "access forbidden" in many places. I think it is (or was) by design: a safety measure...

I am on HC3 since 2019 and I cannot tell about how it works nowadays.

EDIT: Thinking about the fact that you have "1 x Master HC2 (4.560) & 1 x Slave HC2 (4.560)" makes me wonder if this is on a software level, causing issues. I mean it could still be both caused by te firmware and and active alarms.

I agree with @petergebruers … If an alarm is somehow active my scenes stopped working on my HC2.

SOLVED:

I just had the exactly the same problem as @TRicky :

- updated HC2 to 4.630 and suddenly some of the scenes stopped working (while others were still running okay)

- unable to save any scene, due to "403 access forbidden" error

So I did these steps:
- Rebooted HC2 number of times -> without any positive effect

- Restored an old 4.610 settings backup, plus downgraded HC2 to 4.610 -> everything was working okay now

- Upgraded HC2 to 4.630 -> everything was still working okay

- Restored the latest backup -> "403 access forbidden" whenever tried to edit any scene

Then, I did this:

- Listed all the devices and searched for  "armed":"true" in the RAW output response, as mentioned here:

Please login or register to see this link.

- Found that there was a HIDDEN sub-device that was "armed". In my case, it was a motion sensor class sub-device, that belonged to the door sensor root-device. I was using door sensor, but not the motion sensor, therefore it was hidden.

- So I did UNHIDE that sub-device, cleared alarm on it and suddenly all the scenes were working okay. Could be edited and saved too.

Resume:

- List all the devices via API (link above) and check the RAW output for "armed":"true"

- Then, clear the alarm on all the devices, especially check for the hidden ones

BTW: I found another bug in 4.630, where android app is crashing once you open a room which contains energy meter device. Looks like 4.630 is a bit crappy release  :/
