Application loses connection

Hello,

I am writing to you because I am having a problem with the Android application
I have a Fibaro Home Center 3 box and I use the Yubii Home Center application on android tablet fixed and always on.

The application loses connection with the Fibaro box continuously or closes on its own, I tried:

- Another Wifi network on the tablet
- An ethernet adapter for Samsung galaxy Tab
- Another Android tablet
- Disable remote access mode for local use only

How can I solve this problem which is constraining on a daily basis?
Can you offer an "auto-reconnect" mode?

Same happens on iOS. Auto reconnect would be great....

Not the solution, but could you initiate a continuous ping from your tablet to the HC3. Then you have a “keep-alive” and you can check if your ping get’s lost.

Hi did you ever find solution for this, I have same problem with my wall tablets?
