Apple? Double check that you allow the app to use mobile network connection.

Do you have Home Center connected to FIBARO/NICE ID?

Do you use same login for browser and for an app?

I can access my Fibaro over 4G/5G/WIFI from outside my network with a VPN to my home without using the Remote Access from Fibaro. Works flawlessly.
