WS and SK chip sets that are compatable with RGBW2 module

BallaBooYeaH

Question

Hi all,

I purchased a SK6812 RGBW LED strip to test.  This is 5V so first lesson learnt that i need 12V or 24V.

I wanted to get an addressable LED so it can do funky stuff which the SK6812 can do but no with Fibaro.

So my question is whcih chipset will allow me to have most control of the LED's with RGBW2 module?

here is a list of where I got my details from for the different chipsets. So is the WS2811 nad WS2815 the only chipset I can use for Coloured LED strips with this module?   If so I assume the WS2815 will be the better strip.

If I am not correct on this please can someone advise, Many thanks
