How do I transfer my HC2 to a new owner?

We have sold our house where all our lighting is controlled via HC2.
The new owner wants to buy our HC2 with all the settings and programmed features, but I can not find how to do it?

How do I create a new admin and then remove myself from HC2?

Hello you can delete backups from cloud and localy and remove hub from your Fibaro ID account.

Of corse i suggest  to clean hub database too - remove phone, notifications,, sip users, etc

We got only option to wipe to factory settings

  • Thanks 1
