QA or Scene ? When?

Hello! some technical tips please,
I don't know if the question is too generic, but from the perspective of maximizing the HC3's resources, what variables should I consider when choosing to use a QA or a Scene? ex. a motion sensor that turns on the lights and after x minutes of no movement turns off the lights of various environments.....better to do this via QA or Scena?

Hi, I have 4 QA's (Eventrunner) for the whole house around 80 devices and one scene for the HomeTable.

thanks for the tip....I saw the EventRunner HC3 (jgab@), it interested me a lot, but I confess that I don't know where to start.....I'm studying the logic and how to configure my HC3, but with a lot of difficulty.. ..
