Devices do not react to Alexa after update

Hi everyone,

 

I updated to version 4.630 three days ago. All devices can be used via app or webinterface, all scenes work. Great so far.

But all devices do not work with Alexa anymore. If you say "Alexa, switch on the ...light" it just says "...light does not react". If you go to the Alexa App the devices are still listed, but do not react either.

 

I already tried to disconnect and connect the Fibaro Skill --> does not help

I deleted a device in the Alexa App and tried "Alexa, find my smart devices" --> does not help

I tried a soft re-configuration (followed by deleting the device in the Alexa App, disconnect and connect the skill again) --> does not help

I tried a hard re-configuration ( followed by... see above) --> does not help

 

Need help to make the devices to work with Alexa again.

Well, I have issues running into a timeout after a speech command. Just as Alexa starts blabbing about not reacting device, the switch does it's job. So it's just superslow.

 

Funny enough, if you then turn lights off again and on it works immediately. Hard to say what's causing this

I have kind of the same issues. Alexa was not working and after a reboot is now working but very bit or miss if it will work perfectly all the time. 

 

Most of the time Alexa tells me the device is not online and after about 10 seconds, the device comes online. Checked to make sure DNS is working properly for HC2 and all is. 

 

Be nice for this to be fully working until @Zoran has the UHAS fully working for HC3.

have same issue, but already with previous update (4.620); it suddenly happened and it keeps still after months. Anyone a solution? 

I also tried Google assist, and it has the same issue.
