Quickapp not loading

Hello guys,

Here we have again a serious problem with our quickapps.

Some of them just randomly not loading in YUBII wihtout any error message, like on picture 1, or some of them are showing error message like on picture .

It is happening randomly, and we can't get them working again. Restart doesnt help.

The only way we could manage to get them work is, when we clerad the YUBII app cache in mobile.

This is very serious proiblem for us, as many customers are using a lot of our quickapps, and this can completely destroy our installed systems.

Please, if any fibaro developer read this, or anyone who has better understanding of these situations, give us some support..

Need to note, that these devices has 18-20 UI control elements, like buttons or labels, but i dont think this can be the reason.

Any advice is highly appreciated.

i am facing the same issue and now i am really thinking to go back to HC2 bacause of this

I need to mention that this happens with regular devices also, not only with QA devices. A single ZWAVE device like a switch is showing this behaviour too.

i am only facing this with Quickapp's 

i also tried to force stop the app and clear the cach but still having the same issue

the only way to mitigate this problem is to create a scene for the most wanted actions from the Quickapp and run it when you need if the quickapp is not running

It is true, that most of the time it happens with quickapps, but i have some cutomers that are having the same issue with regular devices. For me personally this happens with QAs only.

actually i prefer the old fibaro application from meny aspects 

power consumtion 

application speed

Tablet layout

and much more 

the new app of Yubii was always not matching the power of the old one even since the begining when it was called home center

and personaly i find it step back 

the only reason of using the HC3 for me is it include Zigbee and it's faster than HC2
