I would also like to know this. The intercom is available, but there is no integration. Everything ends when you press the button in the device settings- Change Helios VoIP User Configuration. In response , we get- 404 Not Found.

That's exactly what happens to me, and looking at the poor response I get the feeling this will never be resolved, which is very frustrating when you've invested so much money and time into this system.
