USB port on the HC3

Recommended Posts

Hello,
Perhaps a simple question: what is the USB port on the HC3 for.

I can't find an explanation about that anywhere.
Can I, for example, store snapshots on it via a memory stick?

Thank you.

Fibaro service only -> Corrupt OS restore, restore system from System C (in HC3 there is system A & B) and that kind of stuff.

As of today, Fibaro does not provided the "emergency flash drive" to certified installers, probably that will never happen due to security thoughts.

no, you can't, access to USB is restricted to system itself, and as user you have no system access
