Hello,

We have 136 in the park, in version 4.620 we had a problem with going offline in the cloud. After the update to 4630 this was resolved.


After this update to version 4.630, some HCL stopped executing the scenes, being necessary to return the automatic backup made in the update (4620 > 4630), then it works again.

The client is about to open a 6-star maternity hospital, and the system is not working properly.
 

Right now we have 12 HCLS stops out of 136.

Alguna forma de resolver este problema a mi también me han dejado de funcionar las escenas en el HCl

    Hello,

    I have a good news.

    I talked with Fibaro and resolved this problem.

    You need create a virtual device to erase the notifications and delete the energy log, and make a scene to run this automaticaly.
    This three things will make the HCL wokrs fine, i dont know if this will work for you, but try there.

    Inspired by Tiago Muniz above, I first clicked "Reset Energy Data", then clicked "Restart" in "General" in "Configuration". Then my scenes worked again!

    Memory full I suppose, unfortunately I did not check this first in "Diagnostics". Now I have 5% free space
