Am I blind?? no free text search bar for devices ?

Guys, i have tried the new beta, and i swear to my god, there is no free text search bar on the device tab..

Is this a joke, or am i missing something? or this is just for Beta or what ????

How the hell should I search for a device between thousands of devices..the new added filters are good, like for extra functionality, but having us work without a text search bar ???? Really????

With all my respects to all developers in Fibaro team, sometimes i feel like if someone has tied their hands, and it is forbidden for them to make some improvements, or just try to think with the heads of a customer or a installer. I just cant believe that a developer by himself has just changed the searching functionality to that filter type window without free text search...it is not possible..i swear to my god it can not be possible. A developer who is coding all the day would never do that kind of change in his entire life...I hope that it is my fault, and there is somewhere a hidden text search box or whatever...

If anyone knows about any, please give me some hint.

Well, it is a beta. Fibaro hopes to get feedback, you hope it works just fine or even better than the previous version ?

Search field has been moved. Click on the triangular icon with three bars, after the word NAME in the column. Then start typing. See picture:

Yes indeed, these posts are important. It means the change was not "trivial" and the new, improved function is not obvious to find.

To be honest, I had trouble finding this "name field search" at first, but I thought "oh, well, it is me, I have not had my coffee" and I did not report it - in hindsight, I should have done that. Seems I was not alone.

Thanks for the feedback. I do not agree on you statement that "it was you, and you did not have your coffee"..It was definitelly not you...it was a lack of information and description and intuitivness of the new layout. But anyway, coffee helped to you, however i am not drinking coffee ?
