Migrating to HC3

I have just completed the migration from my HC2 to a new HC3 as detailed in this youtube video.

 the process completed as expected and all of my devices are showing in my HC3, but none of them seems to activate.  I have over 80 fibre devices on my network, and some of them are not easily accessable which I why I have chosen to migrate rather than remove & reinstall.

    Just thought I would add, I have installed the app on my iOS device & when I turn the light on from my app, it updates with the HC3 and I can see the change on my desktop.  I also receive a message saying "Transfer OK" but the light does not turn on.

    I have the same problem. After migration, non of the devices was configured. What did you do to reconfigure it? I saw the soft reconfigure but it doesn’t work. Any suggestions? Thanks
