Hi,

the implemented template is not correct

Parameter 8 for external Temp must be 128 and not 1280

You can not save this value (1280)

Please change it

  • Thanks 1

For now disable parameters template for this device and set this parameter manually - if you will need some help with that you can ask here or contact support.

I have created a an issue in our backlog to check it out.
Also checked the template definition and it seems correct, it may be a small bug with recalculation of actual value in *C for presentation only but selecting the option to use external sensor should work ok.

Please open in browser this url with ID (in place of 48 as in example) of Thermostat in the request:
IP/api/devices/48
paste it here.
Then try to change the parameter and again open the same url and paste response.

    • 1 year later...

I turned off template and set parameter 8 tot 128:

and added association group 2 for external sensor:

but Eurotronic's temperature does not be in sync with external sensor:

Is there any way to verify if external sensor's temperature is being read by Eurotronic?
