Heating energy export

Question

Posted

Hi all

I would like to export heating energy data  from Fibaro Heat Controller but not only, automated and periodically  from HC3Lite or HC3 - I would like to make automated consumption reports  send trough email or any other surface to be understandable for a simple end user.

Thank you

You can get topConsumingDevices data from the HC3 API. Or you can get data per room.

If you want data from a list of devices you'll have to write a QA that retrieves the data from the devices every day/week and keep an own table with the data or write it to an external database. I could not find this information via the API, it's all aggregated data. Maybe someone else did?

From a QA or scene you can send an e-mail. You have to glue it together.

    Thanks,

    But

I need this automated sending/reading option because for the end user it is too complicate to do the standard solution ( go to theHCL site, login, and the find the device , select the period range and export etc....)

So I would like to find an end user friendly reading solution ;-)
