Roller Shutter 2 doesn't respond to B button, briked?

Hello Everyone!

I've just migrated from Raspberry+Domoticz for a more stable (hopefully) HCL3, I've successfully added all of my devices now, but there is a roller shutter 2 became  unresponsive after adding in to the new HCL3.

I used the B button procedure to reset it, like all the others roller shutter I have, but this one seems to be briked to me...

1. It is still paired with HCL3, but while pressing up or down buttons, when it works, it moves the roller shutter step by step, otherwise it simply do nothing, exactly the same behavior with the physical buttons.

2. The B button doesn't work anymore, it don't responde to any pressure at all, and the led is blinking with a very few light

3. It is unable to complete the firmware upgrade from 25.25 to 26.26

I tried to leave it without power for a while, but nothing is changed.

It is completely lost or there is any hard-reset procedure to recover it?

Anyone experienced something similar?

Thank you!!

  • Resolved, forcing the complete configuration for this specific device from HCL3, it started to work as before.
