Not working HC3.  Scene's stopped working here to.

Last beta was bad. But the full version is even worse

Same here. In random situations HC3 stops and I need to boot in recovery to switch system.. What a mess!!

same here, scenes are gone after some hours, 30mins later HC3 reboots/recover itself and works for next xx hrs, till it dies again. At least auto recovery works

There are several big issues with this release e.g. climate panels that do not work any longer, scenes that get not activated, processors taking 100% for a very long time, etc. .

This week a FIBARO support engineer looked to our production system and... deleted (without any consent from our site) our whole historical database, some scenes, devices, etc .

We now have suddenly a system how it was some weeks ago!

When I try to reinstall our latest backup the system (I have always backup at hand ) says that there was an error writing the flash.

We are completely stucked after the intervention by FIBARO staff member... in a production environment nota bene!

 

Any ideas on this ?

Anything I can do ?

I don't think you want to be on firmware 5130 on a production system. Although there are users without problems, Fibaro had a good reason to witdraw this version.

I think some things changed between the beta and the 5.130 production version. The big problems started with the 5.130 .

We did not hear anything from the support today. They should organise some kind of emergency support for special cases.

The beta also had some big issues with some users. Indeed Fibaro support should help you. You could try to solve it yourself, maybe downgrade to the previous more stable version, but maybe only get you in more difficulties.

Few days ago I mentioned that I had problems with single switches. There's more problems with 5.130 than I thought which eventually forced me to revert to 5.120, and which helped to resolve all issues.

Problems that I faced:
 - Some devices (not just single switch) could not initialize, pull and push configuration.
 - Attempts to add devices through yubii app (ios) very often resulted with popup saying to connect to local network (even when I was connected and had good WiFi range)
 - Could not remove Zigbee device (Tradfri lightning) - worked just fine with 5.120
 - Extremely laggy execution of scenes and triggering associations

 - Some times UI become unresponsive, clicking on devices or scenes was not doing anything, but after couple of minutes it started to execute all the clicks.
 - In case of few switches, scenes were not triggered because S2 action was triggered by different device (History was showing something like Device XXX Button 2 rather than the device name, it had also different Device ID)

 - Could not rollback to 5.120 from UI - HC3 stuck on preparing backup screen with 30% progress. The only option was to use recovery mode.
 - Some Polish translations were missing (instead of "1 nowa aktualizacja(e) ..." there was some system phrase)
