Hi

 

I have received a message in the Yubii app both on mobile and ipad a red circle how do you remove them, have been in the web page and removed there but they do not disappear in the app?

Same question here.

One solution was mentioned in an earlier post: just switch off badges display on iOS.

But according to me that is not the correct way to solve this issue.

There should be an app update to solve this.

Problem is there for a long time already!

 

By the way, did you solve the issue another way?

Did you remove the message from the Home Screen in iOS? This is an old bug. Is the app updated? I had this for a while, but it's working correct the last month.

That's it!

Thank you.

Message was not visible for a long time in Message Center on iPhone.

But when it became visible and I deleted it, the badge number was gone.
