Question
Papat 4
Hi all,
Since a couple of days, I can't remotely connect to my HC2 using either the web remote access page or the mobile app.
My HC2 is located in a different country from my current place of residence, hence no direct connection possible from the local network.
What happened is the following:
- a bunch of emails arrived in the morning asking for password change
- I followed the password change procedure from the link in the email which went ok
- I reconnected to the web remote access page with new password: went ok, I could see my HC2 with available green status
- I tried to enter my HC2 with my credential... access denied!
After this, I thought maybe I need to request a new password from my HC2 and then did it. I received 45-50 "new password" emails!
Tried to use the last one without success.
What is strange is that the "I accept the terms and conditions" box is pre-ticked in grey and I cannot select or deselect it.
When I enter my credential (with new password), nothing happens... the HC2 is stuck. If I refresh the page, I get "access denied" with my IP being locked for 30mn...
Does anyone have any clue what is happening and how to recover?
What is strange is that the remote access page clearly connects to the HC2, the generation of new passwords work, but I cannot connect anymore.
