Custom function library

I would like to create a package of functions that will be used by other QuickApps and scenes. Does anyone know how to do something like this, what to use?
I was thinking of a QuickApp that would act as a class/package from which simple functions could be called, but I don't know if this is possible.

For QuickApps I would recommend

as the toolbox linked to is not developed anymore.

Unfortunately there is no way to have libraries for Scenes.
