Widget settings problem - iPhone

Martin_N

Question

I have two different installations of HC3, both used by people with iPhones running the current Yubii 1.17 app.
iPhone - One user is logged in via FibaroID, the other with a local account.
Both have current Yubii and different old phones (one a year old, one 2-3 years old).
In the Yubii application, everything works according to the settings, widgets are enabled in the Yubii.
You can't add widgets to the desktop or to Today on any of them - there is no menu with Yubii in widgets at all on the phones.
Logging out and logging back in the apps didn't work either.

Can it be solved somehow, or is it a current limitation of version 1.17?
I note that there is no problem with widgets on Android phones.

Thank you, eM.

@Martin_N, are you sure you're looking for Yubii widgets in the right place? What do I mean - it's here:

Not there:

Moreover, existing version of widgets does not allow for adding them to the desktop.

  • Thank you very much. I don't own an iPhone, so it took me a while to verify the procedure.
